What a fantastic debate! Both sides were spectacular, and I had to agree with the host that I envied the possibilities of youth to live this experience. It was a pleasure to host teams at ACS Athens, and we hope to have our own school represented on the Greek team soon!
For the informal record--and without knowing the result because I had to leave before the judges convened--I felt that NZ argued eloquently, passionately, and factually for their side. England swayed us through wit and rhetoric, but at the end of the debate, NZ held strong. My opinion, of course.
